Conflict management in companies

In the workplace, people’s different interests can often clash, which means conflicts tend to arise easily. Sometimes it’s personal differences; other times, expectations and realities diverge, like between different teams or between management and the works council.

Change management processes are particularly prone to conflict. These processes frequently develop a momentum of their own and if no one intervenes in a constructive manner, the situation can quickly escalate.

What’s also true: Conflict is not necessarily bad. In fact, conflicts can be catalysts for real clarification, further development and even innovation, provided they are dealt with constructively. A neutral person who is trusted by all parties involved can mediate, reduce tensions and initiate the process of finding solutions. Because one thing is certain: Resolving a conflict at an early stage saves nerves and money for everyone involved. Most importantly, though, it preserves long-term relationships before positions harden to the point where going to court is the only option.

Go for it — resolve your conflicts; don’t let them escalate!

My Expertise

Where I can support you — and how.

For many years now, I’ve helped companies and their employees resolve conflicts and crises. I support them in developing effective corporate strategies, assist CEOs as a competent sparring partner for successful decision-making and promote sustainable transformation processes. I work pragmatically and in a people-oriented fashion, at all corporate levels. My goal in doing this is to prevent conflict from arising in the first place.

Corporate Strategy

How can a company remain competent even during uncertain times? A strategy is more than just a plan — it’s the foundation of lasting success.

I support management and leadership teams in defining precise goals, making strategic decisions and reacting flexibly to change. I do this with foresight, clarity and an eye for what’s feasible.

DEVELOPING STRATEGY — WITH SUBSTANCE

CEO Sparring-Program

Leadership means making far-reaching decisions every day, often under pressure. Having a neutral sparring partner that you can see eye-to-eye with provides clarity and new perspectives.

In my sparring program, we reflect on strategies, solve complex challenges and refine your leadership role. It’s direct, honest and solution-oriented.

Plain language for good decisions

Transformation and Change Management

Change is inevitable—the only question is how well you pre-pare your company for it. Successful change management re-quires clear communication, strong leadership and effective handling of resistance. I guide change processes so that employees embrace—not resist—them, which ensures meaningful long-term change.

Change? Let’s make it last!

Conflict Mediation and Crisis Management

Wherever people work together, there will be tension. Unresolved conflicts can divide teams, paralyze decision-making processes and cost companies dearly. As a neutral moderator, I establish a framework for understanding, clarity and sustainable solutions before differences escalate into crises.
