My role

In CEO coaching, I’m your equal thinking partner. I’m not a coach with a toolkit. I’m not a consultant with ready-made solutions. I’m someone who listens, asks questions and thinks alongside you—clearly, directly and without beating around the bush.

I come from the field: As a lawyer, mediator, and management consultant, I know the reality of leadership under pressure. I understand what’s at stake, and I’ll give you my honest opinion. I offer straightforward, reflective advice with room to maneuver.

What I offer

  • Regular sparring sessions on current leadership and role-related topics
  • Support with strategic decision-making and setting the course
  • Reflection on leadership behavior and decision-making patterns
  • Serving as a sounding board in conflict situations and transformation processes

What’s in it for you

Clarity where once there was fog. Focus where you’d been overwhelmed by too many heavy issues. And the realization that you no longer need to overthink decisions before making them.

Are you curious about what a sparring session with me looks like? The first consultation is non-binding.

Good leadership alone isn’t enough when the company is in the midst of change.

Change processes require more than just informing people; they require engaging people on a practical and needs-based level.

FAQ about CEO sparring program

CEO sparring is not traditional management consulting, nor is it coaching in the therapeutic sense. It is a confidential space for reflection where you can voice your leadership challenges with someone who will give you honest feedback. No presentations, no concepts, no overhead.

It’s for managing directors, CEOs and C-level executives who make complex decisions, manage conflicts and lead companies through change. It’s also for those looking for someone to serve as a reliable sounding board—someone who’s not part of their organization and is therefore not emotionally involved.

That depends on your needs. Some clients meet with me weekly, some every other week and some, in urgent situations, on an ad hoc basis. Together, we’ll find the rhythm that works best for you.

We analyze the situation, discuss the individuals involved, form hypotheses and determine your next steps.
