They also lose trust, decision-making power and valuable employees. For over 17 years, I have supported senior management, leadership teams and companies as a neutral conflict facilitator. As a lawyer and mediator, I understand both the legal reality and the human dynamics behind it. After the conflict comes clarity. Many of my clients continue to work with me after successfully resolving a conflict.
